SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping for necklaces is free throughout Spain for purchases over €100; for purchases under €100, the cost is €7. For other countries, please check the individual shipping options.

  • Shipping costs for vases depend on their dimensions and destination.

  • The delivery time varies between 3 and 12 business days, depending on the location and date of purchase, always aiming for the shortest possible delays.

  • If there is a longer delay due to production delays, Una Magdalena will send the customer an email with the details, and they will have the option of waiting the additional days or requesting a refund for the purchase. If the delivery delay is exceeded for reasons beyond Una Magdalena's control, the appropriate course of action will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the customer during the purchasing process once payment has been made and confirmed.

  • Under no circumstances will Una Magdalena be held responsible if the delivery of the product is not made due to any error or omission by the customer when entering the delivery information.

  • Orders will be shipped after payment has been received.

Policy of changes

  • Una Magdalena performs quality control on every piece it ships, but since this is a handmade product, there may be undetected errors or defects. In that case, if the item you purchased is defective or doesn't work properly (for example, necklace clasps), or if you believe it doesn't match the item's description, please contact us within the first 3 business days after receiving the product, and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

  • In the event that the product arrives damaged due to circumstances caused during shipping, the incident must be reported within the first 24 hours of receipt by sending a photograph of the damaged part to info.unamagdalena@gmail.com with the subject "shipping damage" so that we can arrange for the product replacement.

  • To return or exchange your item, it must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns must be borne by the customer, except in the case that the item arrived damaged, in which case Una Magdalena will assume the cost of return shipping.

  • If a discount coupon was applied at the time of purchase, Una Magdalena will refund the price paid, not the original price of the product.

  • If the purchased item was on sale, Una Magdalena reserves the right to accept or reject its exchange or return.
